Application/ Registration

Once you have decided to join the PBCA family, please fill out the application/registration by clicking on the program and campus of your choice.

Required Documents

Please follow this link to find the required documents needed in order to process your child’s application/registration. All documents are required before your child begins their first day of school at PBCA.

Elementary Admissions Testing and Principal Interview

Each elementary student (rising kindergarten through 5th grade) will need to take an admissions test and have a family interview with the principal before being accepted into the program.  This time together will help to familiarize the school with the family as well as familiarize the family with the school. Once your child’s application has been submitted, you will be contacted to set up the testing and interview times. Final acceptance will be determined after these steps have occurred and all required documents have been submitted.

Elementary Recommendation Form

Please give your child’s previous school the Elementary Recommendation Form and have the school return it to PBCA (by mail or fax) in order for the admissions process to be completed.
